Tom Harger has been with Systematic Solutions since 1989 as a Senior Analyst responsible for programming, data development, calibration, and testing of both ENERGY 2020 and CIGMOD.

Mr. Harger prepares and evaluates client forecasts and policy scenarios. He provides support for clients regarding model development, operations, parameterization, data input, and policy analysis. He assistes with the system design and programming for the competitive industry gaming model (CIGMOD) Mr. Harger provides group and individual training.

Mr. Harger developed a statewide model to analyze the feasibility of reducing dependence on oil with renewable energy. He assisted with on site training and presentation of results to the client. .
